Dave is committed to providing the best legal representation possible when people need it the most. The past several years, Dave has focused his practice exclusively upon his true calling . . . helping individuals and families through trying times in the most complicated and high-stakes civil, family, and criminal matters. Dave has represented clients in hundreds of family and criminal law cases, including abused and neglected children and their families through Florida's Guardian ad Litem Program. And regarding the GAL Program's "Defending Best Interests" Program, designed to maximize superior representation of children's best interests in appellate matters, Dave literally wrote the book on it.
Outside of Florida's courtrooms, Dave is an accomplished marathon and ultramarathon runner, having run over 50 marathons, including the Boston marathon three times, and over 35 races of 100 miles or longer, including the iconic Badwater Ultramarathon, a 135-mile continuous footrace in the middle of July in Death Valley.
